How to shop

How can I shop?

  1. Use the SHOP link on the main navigation to help you find what you are looking for. 
  2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the ADD TO CART button underneath each item.
  3. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING BAG link at the top of the page. You can use the REMOVE FROM BASKET link to delete items from your shopping bag.
  4. Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT  to complete your order.

Orders

  1. How can I change/cancel my order?
    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at +91 1141219090 from Monday to Saturday between 10  AM – 6 PM. You may also send an email on customer.care@okplay.in
    Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel. 
  2. How can I check the status of my order?
    After placing an order, you can view your order status by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top-right corner of every page. From there, you will be able to view information about your order with ease. 
  3. Why is my order still processing?
    This may simply be due to a time lag between systems. Your order will be on its way in the time-frame promised. If however you would still like to check with us, please feel free to email us at customer.care@okplay.in or call us at +91 1141219090 from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM – 6 PM.

 

Returns

  1. How do I know if an item is eligible for return?
    It is our endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible. Returns within 7 working days of the package having been delivered will be accepted only under the circumstances listed below. No other requests will be entertained aside from those mentioned below:
    1) Wrong product received 
    2) Damaged product received 
  2. If you are returning the product, please ensure the following:
     – The product should be unopened and sealed as when it arrived.
     – The product should be in an undamaged condition.
     – The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging
  3. What is the process to return a product?
    Step 1
    You need to inform us by email at customer.care@okplay.in within 7 working days of the parcel having been delivered, stating the reason for the return and with your order number as the subject line. If we are not informed within 7 working days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good. 

    Step 2
    Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return.

    Step 3
    Please seal the package properly and courier it to us at:

    Haryana – 122103
    Please ensure the package is properly sealed at that point as safe delivery is your responsibility.Step 4
    Please email us to inform us that you are sending the package back to us, with your order number as the subject line.

    Step 5
    Once we receive the product it will take 2-3 working days for us to do a quality check and then we will get in touch with you by email. You can either choose to have the money refunded or take store credits. If you choose a refund, the money will be returned to you within 30 days from reception of the product at OK Play India Limited.

 

Exchanges

  1. What is your exchange policy?
    Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer any exchanges. 


Shipping

  1. What shipping method does the website use?
    OK Play India Limited ships all orders in India via road transportation using reliable courier services.
  2. What are the charges for shipping in India?
    We charge a variable shipping fee depending upon the product dimensions and weight.
  3. How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
    We endeavor to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days, however due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order can take up to 7 working days. You will be intimated via email and SMS upon dispatch of the order. In case of delay, you will be informed of the same by the Customer Care team.For urgent requests please get in touch with our customer service on customer.care@okplay.in and we will try to help as best as we can.
  4. How long do I have to wait to receive my order?
    Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-7 working days for delivery. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may cause delays for which Ok Play is not liable.
  5. Will all items of my order be shipped in one box?
    Yes, we try and ship all the items together. In case, a single order has too many voluminous items, we may ship in multiple shipments in order to ensure that the product is safe and handled with care and gets to you in time.

 

Payments

  1. What payment method can I use?
    Online payment via credit or debit card by any of the available payment gateways. Please note that if you have received a notification that payment is gone through successfully but your order status shows a payment error, please email us on customer.care@okplay.in and we will get in touch with you within 24-48 working hours. Our website will not be liable for any payment gateways website’s terms and conditions. 

 

My Account

  1. How do I register?
    You can register by clicking on the SIGN IN pop up window that appears on the homepage on our site. After which, you will get regular updates and can avail of all the services offered at www.okplay.in 
  2. How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
    Login to your account and select the UNSUBSCRIBE feature. You can also click the UNSUBSCRIBE tab present in our newsletters. 
  3. I forgot my password. Can you tell me what it is?
    Select FORGOT PASSWORD while logging in and the system will send you a link using which you can reset your password. 
  4. How do I change my email address?
    Once an email address has been registered with us, it cannot be deleted. But you can email us the ID that you used for registering on https://www.okplay.in/ and your new email address, and we will change the email address for your account.
  5. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    Yes, you need an account to place an order. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account or login as a guest, which is a fairly easy process.
