Purform has entered into an exclusive Marketing, Technical &
Manufacturing Agreement with OK Play India Limited - India’s leading
plastic molding company. As per the long term agreement between both
the companies, OK Play will manufacture & market Purform range of
mannequins in India, while Purform will provide the technological
support to the Indian partner. This agreement is in addition to
another long term off-take agreement between both the companies,
whereby Purform will shift its entire production to OK Play in India & outsource its requirement for the international markets from them.
OK Play India Ltd. has formed an alliance with Solar Plastics Inc., USA.
Solar Plastics will provide technical and marketing support to OK Play as they expand their business into industrial applications for their geographic region. Together, OK Play and Solar Plastics will use their knowledge and resources to serve mutual clients globally.
OK Play India has diversified into the automotive segment and plans to offer various plastic components to the automotive industry. In order to augment their technical capabilities and offer high quality products to automotive sector they have entered into a Joint Venture with Solar Plastics Inc. of USA. Solar Plastic would be offering technical support to OK Play to meet their diversification and expansion objectives. Solar Plastic would also be offering marketing support to OK Play achieving their business targets.
Mr. Ravi Mehra, a past president and hall of fame recipient from ARM, was instrumental in bringing OK Play and Solar Plastics together.
